Identification and functional validation of ADHD-associated gene variants

This thesis describes the examination of three ADHD associated genetic variants, to determine if they play a functional role in the development of the disorder. Through the use of zebrafish models, two genes have been validated as being important for the development of ADHD phenotypes.
