HaloTag pseudotyped lentivirus: Quantifying uptake and internalisation in vitro using a fluorescent click sensor

Observing how viruses work and enter a cell is very challenging, especially when it comes to labelling and tracking small amounts of viruses. A portable platform using an established system was developed and tested to help look at viral entry. This would help material scientists and virologists to assist them in better understanding how they enter cells and develop better drug delivery systems.
