HABENULA KISSPEPTIN SUPPRESSES MORPHINE MEDIATED FEAR MEMORY CONSOLIDATION

This thesis examines the role of a modulator of habenular brain region in facilitating morphine mediated fear memory consolidation impairment. This insight may be helpful in improving the efficacy of morphine as potential therapeutic preventive medicine against development of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
