thesis
posted on 2021-04-12, 07:41 authored by Zahida Yesmin Roly
My PhD is focused on understanding the genetics of normal and abnormal development of the female reproductive tract in particular Müllerian duct. Developmental disorders of the Müllerian ducts can lead to female infertility and other human sex development related disorders. In my PhD, I have identified novel genes involved to the developmental processes and disorders of the female reproductive system. The findings of my PhD may be helpful for the discovery of novel identifying markers and potential treatments for fertility issues in women.
