Functional and structural characterisation of perforin antibodies

thesis
posted on 2023-09-22, 00:18 authored by LU LU
This thesis investigates the properties of a panel of novel antibodies with a high affinity and efficacy toward a vital component of T cell cytotoxicity, perforin, which are generated from chicken libraries. X-ray crystallography determines the structures of antibodies in complex with perforin and on their own. This study explores the therapeutic potentials of antibody inhibitors targeting perforin-induced diseases.
