This PhD thesis addresses the challenge of fatigue-induced damage in cemented pavement materials (CPMs). An innovative computational approach is introduced to tackle this issue, centred on the development of a size-dependent fatigue model. This approach comprehensively models the complex fatigue damage behaviours of CPMs across different scales. By enhancing the understanding of fatigue damage mechanisms and improving the prediction of fatigue-related issues, this research significantly contributes to comprehending the inherent shift from lab-to-field fatigue performance. This paves the way for revising and improving existing practical fatigue design models for CPMs, which have traditionally relied heavily on empirical approaches.
