Extrusion-based bioprinting of human vascular-like constructs: exploration and development

The generation of tissue-engineered human vasculature is considered challenging with conventional biofabrication approaches. This thesis explores and develops biomaterials and assisting strategies for construction of human vasculature using 3D bioprinting technology.
