Experimental investigation and analysis of a monolithic micro-optic system

This thesis presents how to obtain three-dimensional images of biological samples with a point of care device. The design, manufacturing and potential application of the device are covered across the three publications that form the thesis. This technology has the potential of impacting drug delivery and reproductive technologies.
