Examining and Improving the Educational Leadership and Management in the Saudi Public School System

The main objective of this research is to investigate the implementation of educational leadership and management practices by school principals in Saudi primary schools. The study critically differentiates between leadership and management approaches adopted by school principals and evaluates the involvement of school stakeholders as leaders or managers in advancing their educational communities' growth and development. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, concentrating on three primary schools situated in Jeddah. The methodology encompasses three data collection methods. First, the study incorporates semi-structured interviews with three school principals and two teachers from each of the selected schools. Second, semi-structured interviews were conducted with two education supervisors affiliated with these institutions. Lastly, the study utilizes documents and essential guidelines as a source of data.
