Examination of Intellectual Property Lawmaking in Sri Lanka

This thesis examines two competing discourses, that is whether Sri Lankan lawmaking favours a low level of technology protection for intellectual property rights that supports local innovation or a high level of technology protection that promotes foreign innovations and also identifies likely changes in the current scenario.
