Essays on Causal Inference in Intra-Household Health Spillovers

The thesis examines intergenerational and spousal health spillovers. It identifies the causal effects of perinatal adversities, late-life widowhood, and job displacement on such spillovers. In doing so, it offers implications on public health and socioeconomic policies that are practical and novel.
