Equity and Decision making in Allied Health

thesis
posted on 2019-07-28, 23:59 authored by HAYLEE MARIE LANE
The research adopted a mixed methods approach to uncover an in-depth understanding of the decision making principles adopted by allied health and how they define and apply the concept of equity to their resource allocation decisions. An operational definition of equity framework was formed and can be used to guide allied health decision makers to form an operational definition of equity. The framework allows decision makers to decide which element of the concept of equity they wish to include (or exclude) within their definition.
