T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (T-ALL) is a genetically heterogeneous malignancy. We used a multi-omic approach to study the epigenetic changes in relapsed and chemo-refractory T-ALL utilising a Lmo2 transgenic mouse model that recapitulates the human disease. This dissertation presents the first comprehensive investigation of the epigenome in isolated preleukaemic and leukaemic stem cells in response to chemotherapy, allowing us to better comprehend the link between the epigenome and transcriptome in response to chemotherapy.
