This Ph.D. thesis designed and engineered novel low-cost separation technologies for scalable and efficient purification of biological nanoparticles including exosomes and extracellular vesicles, liposomes and lipoproteins, lipid nanoparticles, viruses and virus-like particles from their natural sources.
