posted on 2024-12-18, 08:03 authored by SHANAL SHARVANI KUMAR
This thesis delves into the dynamic landscape of Cystic Fibrosis related diabetes, investigating the impact of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) on both clinical and psychosocial outcomes. By summarizing the evidence on CGM utility, the research explores contextual factors influencing the intricacies of complex diabetes care. A co-developed model of care and pilot implementation trial are introduced to address the evolving needs in the post-modulator era. Employing diverse methodologies, the primary goal is to optimize the management of diabetes, and its endocrine and metabolic complications specifically in adults with cystic fibrosis.
