The first part is identifying at-risk populations and understanding their practices around PrEP and HIV testing. The second part is developing a solution package to increase the awareness and uptake of an HIV prevention method among at-risk populations, and the third part is evaluating the effectiveness of the solution package through a randomised controlled trial.
