Embodied enquiry is a workshop process that scaffolds the active questioning of a participant’s lived experience through three activities for the purpose of interpretation and analysis: form-making, sense-making, meaning-making. An experience is much more than the sum of its actions, and through embodied enquiry we can begin making meaning of the wider context an experience exists within.
