Efficient strategies for the synthesis of non-ribosomal peptide antibiotics

We improve synthetic strategies for accessing two families of peptide antibiotics which target multi-drug resistant organisms that are of clinical importance. Using these techniques we then go on to synthesize new analogues of these antibiotics for future development.<p></p>
