Effects of Foam Granulation on Dissolution Specific Properties and Applications in Detergent Manufacture

thesis
posted on 2018-12-18, 01:20 authored by GEORGE ALEXANDER MUTCH
Thesis explored the effect of using a novel foaming technique on binding liquid to agglomerate raw powdered ingredients in detergent and pharmaceutical formulations. Intent was to enhance dissolution rate of either formulation. Pharmaceutical powders showed no benefit, but detergent formulations showed both enhanced dissolution rate and secondary benefits of waste reduction.
