Earth Abundant Metallators for Heterocyclic Functionalisation

thesis
posted on 2024-05-02, 00:38 authored by DARCY ALEXANDER WILLIAMSON
In this thesis we explore a variety of earth abundant organometallic species and their application to the metallation and functionalisation of heterocycles. Sodium, potassium and magnesium derived species were used to metallate indole and cycloenol ethers and the metallated species were examined by X-ray crystallography and NMR.
