The present research investigated the green approach in concentrating vitamin E from palm fatty acid distillate using dry fractionation process. Dry fractionation with thermal control was applied for crystallizing and separating low and high melting point fat component. We managed to concentrate around 8% of vitamin E in 50 gram of olein fraction of PFAD. This pretreatment step reduces the operating cost and solvent used for the Vitamin E extraction.
