thesis
posted on 11.11.2021, 23:01 by DAVID EMMANUEL TWEEDIE
This practice based research investigates a novel approach to using double stops on the guitar in a popular/jazz music and improvised setting. The research aims to increase the accessibility, flexibility and complexity of pre-existing double stop techniques within improvisation, and in doing so, adding to the historical body of knowledge of double stop performance.
