This research explores the digital technology experiences of students with disability in higher education in Bangladesh. The findings explicitly showcase the importance of the network of informal support systems for students with disability for empowering them to use digital technologies and, at the same time, illustrate the poverty of institutional support. The findings also depicted how technology uses helped students with disability to empower themselves and to become mostly self-dependent. However, at the same time, some service provisions and attitudes of relevant personnel led them to opt them out of availing equal opportunities to learn and to thrive.
