Developmental, Behavioral, and Clinical Aspects of Hierarchical Cortical Function

thesis
posted on 2024-09-03, 22:18 authored by Alexander Alan Holmes
This thesis examines the organization of different brain networks using mathematical representations of brain function. It identified how hierarchical organization emerges in early life, using brain imaging data from infants and adolescents. Disruptions to this framework can subsequently impact cognitive abilities in adults and clinical outcomes in patients with schizophrenia.
