Development and optimisation of lymph-directing prodrugs to enhance oral drug exposure

This thesis demonstrates the potential of utilising chemically modified drugs or prodrugs that target the lymphatic system to improve oral drug bioavailability. This approach has the potential to better address the challenges associated with inflammatory gut diseases and gut-related cancer therapy.
