PET imaging is a promising technique that can visualise the pathology of brain disorders. However, the development of current imaging agents of multiple sclerosis remains limited. This thesis presents the development of a new PET imaging agent with robust brain penetration and specificity towards multiple sclerosis to address the current limitations.
