DELIVERY ACROSS BIOLOGICAL BARRIERS USING RAFT POLYMERS

This thesis studies a series of star-shaped polymers for biomedical applications by entering the human brain during disease conditions. The best star polymer was selected from the series to carry a drug inside polymer, which has the potential to treat human brain tumors.
