Crossing Boundaries: A Negotiation of Islamic Practices by Muslim Refugee Women in Malaysia

This thesis investigates how the refugee status aids Muslim refugee women in Malaysia in circumventing cultural and religious impositions. It also highlights the limitations of refugee support with reference to stateless refugees and refugees that possess citizenship.
