Glioblastoma is a brain tumour that is infamous for being a thorn on the side of clinicians, with current treatment avenues barely improving patients' survival. This thesis looked into the potential of utilising vitamin E analogues to supplement the effects of the standard chemotherapeutic drug - temozolomide. It firmly establishes the potential of vitamin E analogues as a suitable supplement to temozolomide as a future clinical option that will not break the bank for glioblastoma patients.
