thesis
posted on 2021-08-17, 07:16 authored by ISHDEEP KAUR
This thesis examines the use of porous silicon nanoparticles for the targeted delivery of therapeutics against breast cancer. It demonstrates the efficiency of nanoparticle-based combination of chemotherapy and hyperthermia over single therapy. It also identifies changes at cellular levels which contribute to the enhanced therapeutic effect of the combined therapy.
