Channelling traditional techniques to microfluidic approaches for the analysis of stimuli-responsive lipid-based dispersions

This thesis explores an alternative experimental configuration in the form of microfluidics (channels of fluid smaller than the width of the human hair) for the analysis of lipid-based formulations under the influence of factors such as enzyme and pH on structure. The new configuration is advantageous over traditional approaches as changes in structure can be controlled using microfluidic parameters.
