Challenges faced by Saudi female paramedics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The inclusion of Saudi female paramedics in prehospital setting is limited, where they still face challenges to be entered in the Saudi EMS workforce. This thesis set out to explore the challenges faces by Saudi female paramedics in Saudi EMS workforce. The finding of this thesis recommends that Saudi female paramedics require support to serve and succeed in EMS through appropriate and inclusive organisational policies and infrastructure.
