Brain Alterations in Cannabis Use and Dependence: A Cannabis Multisite MRI Study

This thesis conducts a series of large-scale multi-site structural imaging studies to examine brain alterations associated with cannabis use and dependence. The studies demonstrate brain alterations to be specific to cannabis dependence, rather than general use, potentially reflecting use-related problems.
