thesis
posted on 2023-07-19, 04:01 authored by BODHI ELIJAH WEAVER
This thesis examines the application of behaviour-based safety (BBS) approaches to improving psychosocial safety in the workplace. This body of research investigates the whole-of-workplace enactment of psychosocial safety behaviour in a road policing work environment and identifies the socio-cognitive, interpersonal and environmental antecedents of psychosocial safety intentions and actions. The findings of this thesis also contribute to the development of PSB interventions using a participatory approach to design, planning and implementation of context-specific initiatives.
