Automation, big data and machine learning algorithms have found its way into the day-to-day life of a chemist. This thesis contributed to the growing interest of the digitalisation of polymer chemistry. Firstly, a high-throughput screenings platform is created. By just a couple of mouse clicks, experiments can be started automatically. In less than 2 hours, a dataset of over 200 single data points is created and sent via email. In addition, two databases are created. These online repositories of experimental data are expected to play a key role in promoting collaborative data-driven research.
