This thesis examined autobiographical memory in Huntington’s disease. Autobiographical memory involves the ability to recall personally-experienced past events from across the lifespan. In this thesis we determined what people with Huntington's disease could remember from their lives, how autobiographical memory relates to the neuropathology of Huntington's disease, and why people living with Huntington's disease think and talk about the past.
