Atomically Thin Semiconductors for Optoelectronic Applications

<p>This thesis studies atomically thin semiconductors, i.e. transition metal dichalcogenides, for their optoelectronic applications as the photoactive components. Synthesis methods, heterojunctions fabrication, and photodetectors engineering and characterisations were examined.</p>
