Chronic pain is the pain that persist for three months or more. It is a global public health issue. Several barriers affect the management of chronic pain in low and middle income countries. This thesis examines the characteristics of patients with chronic pain, healthcare professionals perspective on pain mangement and effect of community pharmacist contribution to chronic pain management related to osteoarthrtis in Nepal.
