This thesis details the creation of artificial intelligence (AI) models that are able to inform researchers the exact shape of tropical cyclones when viewed from satellite imagery. These shapes can then be matched with maps of physical characteristics of the globe, to perform research on the impact of tropical cyclones more accurately than is currently possible.
