Vaccinating against cancers by retraining the immune system to locate and eliminate cancerous cells has shown promising results. This thesis focuses on the use of nanoparticles to overcome some of the current drawbacks. The studies outline the various factors that should be considered while designing nanoparticle based delivery system that target immune cells.
