An investigation of the semantic memory and executive function deficits in schizophrenia

This thesis investigates cognition and analogue models in schizophrenia. Memory and higher level deficits were found. The ketamine analogue cannot accurately mimic schizophrenia memory deficits whilst high schizotypy was a more suitable model. The cognition results can inform cognitive remediation and the analogue results should be considered by future research.
