An Investigation of Post-Stroke Memory Difficulties and Novel Strategies to Enhance Memory Functioning in Stroke Survivors

thesis
posted on 18.11.2020, 23:32 by FELICITY ANNE EVANS
This thesis explores the types of memory complaints which are commonly experienced by stroke survivors in their daily lives. Additionally, the thesis provides preliminary evidence for the use of two novel memory strategies in stroke survivors. These findings will enable rehabilitation clinicians to develop more effective memory interventions, in order to optimise stroke survivors’ daily memory functioning and quality of life.
