A comparison of Multi Casualty Incident Management and Training Between Victoria's and Israel's Ambulance Services.

A comparison of the protocols, doctrine and processes that govern the emergency management response to a MCI. The comparison is between Ambulance Victoria in Australia and Magen David Adom in Israel. The thesis analyses the operations and response to MCI between Ambulance Victoria and Magen David Adom. The second part of the thesis looks at how paramedics are trained to respond to MCI in Victoria and Israel.
