A Synthetic, Radiochemical and In Vivo Investigation of Technetium Thiosemicarbazonato Complexes

This thesis examines a novel chemical platform for the development of new compounds for use in medical nuclear imaging. Identification of the chemical properties and biological behaviour of these new compounds are discussed. The most promising chemical candidates are investigated using nuclear imaging techniques on mice.
