2D Laminar Membranes for Selective Water and Ion Transport

thesis
posted on 2021-08-03, 07:24 authored by YUAN KANG
2D laminar membranes composed of different 2D materials are studied and developed to probe their capability to realize selective water and ion transport. In this way, water-ion, ion-ion separations can be achieved to enable critical applications in environmental, resource and energy fields producing clean water, precious mineral and blue energy.
