dSTORM Nearest Neighbour Analysis

A Fiji macro for taking two channels of dSTORM data generated by an Abbelight SAFe 360 dSTORM microscope.
Individual channels are extracted and localised maxima are identified. The extracted maxima are then used to generte euclidean distance maps, that are in turn used on the opposite channel to extract nearest neighbour distances to each other.
