RNA Scope Chromogenic - Analysis with Tolerence Check (BX60) - Manual Threshold.ijm

Script used to analyse chromogenic RNA scope using tolerance check and a manual threshold. Outputs two images images with manual tolerance check for each signal (blue and red) and counted as dots per signal. Outputs a composite image combining the two tolerance images and restricted to manual threshold selected by user. Results output as a table include threshold values selected, nuclei area, number of dots and number of dots per 10000 pixels of nuclear area.
