Labeled Drug Distribution Analysis - Fiji Macro

Fiji/ImageJ macro for segemnting stained lymphnodes and assesing fluorescently labelled drug distribution between lyphatic vessels stained with Lyve1, immune cells (B, T or Macrophages) and the rest of the tissue. Macro was developed by Cameron J Nowell of Monash University (cameron.nowell@monash.edu) in colaboration with Ruby Kochappan (ruby.kochappan@monash.edu) and Chris Porter (chris.porter@monash.edu).
