This brief report details workers' experiences of working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Participants enrolled in a prospective longitudinal cohort study on the health impacts of Australian adults experiencing work loss during the pandemic (COVID-19 Work and Health Study). Workers completed a survey between March and June 2020 and follow-up surveys one, three and six months later. We describe the proportion of workers working from home, demographics of workers working from home, and how workers experienced both working from home and returning to their usual workplaces .
