This technical report includes the evidence summaries and narrative reviews prepared by ESHRE in the development of the ESHRE guideline for Unexplained Infertility and the Australian GDG ADAPTE process in the Australian adaptation of the guideline. The ADAPTE process involved generation of GRADE documents for all recommendations, based on the ESHRE evidence synthesis and recommendations. Where the Australian GDG discussion about the use of the recommendation in the Australian context differed from ESHRE, it has been clearly noted in the Summary table (section 7) Evidence to Recommendations tables (section 8) and supported by details of the Australian context or evidence from Australian populations. Any changes in the recommendations are denoted in the Guideline recommendation table.
